Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

Orders may ship from:

  • BOXT Packaging’s warehouse in Spanish Fork, Utah

  • Manufacturer partner warehouses

Because of this, orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Orders may ship via:

Parcel Carriers

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

or

Freight (LTL) Carriers

  • SAIA

  • XPO Logistics

  • Estes

  • Central Transport

  • or another regional carrier depending on availability and cost.

Shipping method is determined based on order size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Rates & Free Freight Minimums

BOXT Packaging offers free freight on qualifying orders based on destination zone.

If an order does not meet the minimum order value for its shipping zone, a freight charge will apply.

Zone 1 — $1,000 Minimum for Free Freight

States included:

  • Pennsylvania

  • Texas

  • Maryland

  • Illinois

  • Georgia

  • New Jersey

Orders under $1,000 may incur a $250 freight charge.

Zone 2 — $2,000 Minimum for Free Freight

States included:

  • Alabama

  • Arizona

  • Arkansas

  • California

  • Colorado

  • Connecticut

  • Delaware

  • Indiana

  • Iowa

  • Kentucky

  • Massachusetts

  • Michigan

  • Minnesota

  • Missouri

  • New Hampshire

  • New York

  • North Carolina

  • Ohio

  • Oklahoma

  • Rhode Island

  • South Carolina

  • Tennessee

  • Vermont

  • Virginia

  • West Virginia

  • Wisconsin

Orders under $2,000 may incur a $300 freight charge.

Utah — $2,000 Minimum for Free Freight

Orders within Utah qualify for free freight at $2,000 or more.

Orders below this threshold may incur a $100 freight charge.

Zone 3 — $3,250 Minimum for Free Freight

States included:

  • Nevada

  • Maine

  • New Mexico

  • Idaho

  • Mississippi

  • Wyoming

  • Washington

  • Louisiana

  • Kansas

  • North Dakota

  • Oregon

  • Florida

  • Nebraska

  • South Dakota

  • Montana

Orders under $3,250 may incur a $350 freight charge.

Non-Shipping Regions

At this time, BOXT Packaging does not ship to:

  • Canada

  • Mexico

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

Freight Deliveries

Freight shipments are typically delivered via LTL carriers.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a commercial delivery location

  • Having appropriate equipment or personnel to unload freight shipments

Additional freight charges may apply for:

  • Liftgate service

  • Residential delivery

  • Limited access locations

  • Appointment delivery requests

  • Redelivery attempts

These charges are billed by the freight carrier and may be passed through to the customer if applicable.

Delivery Inspection

All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery.

If a shipment arrives damaged or short, customers must:

  • Note the issue on the delivery receipt

  • Take photos of the damage

  • Notify BOXT Packaging within 24 hours

Failure to report damages within this timeframe may prevent freight claims from being filed.

Local pickup is available at our warehouse in:
