Shipping policy

We deliver on our own truck along the Wasatch Front, and we ship by parcel or freight carrier everywhere else.

Wasatch Front Delivery (Our Own Truck)

We deliver on our own truck from Ogden to Nephi.

  • Delivery cost: Free on orders of $1,000 or more. A flat $100 applies under $1,000. Order totals are based on your merchandise subtotal, before tax and delivery.
  • Stocked in Utah: Items marked Stocked in Utah, ordered by noon MT Monday through Friday, are delivered the next business day. Orders placed after noon go out the following business day.
  • Everything Else: All other items ship and deliver in 4-5 business days.
  • Weekends and holidays: We don’t deliver on weekends or holidays.

If we can’t make your delivery date, we contact you the same day.

Shipping to the Rest of Utah and Nationwide

Orders outside our Wasatch Front delivery area ship by parcel or freight carrier. That includes the rest of Utah, such as St. George and Vernal, and the rest of the United States, except the regions listed below.

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. We run a live rate based on your address, order size, and weight, and you see it before you pay.
  • Free freight minimums depend on your destination zone. See our Free Freight Zones page for the current minimums and zone map. Minimums are based on your merchandise subtotal, before tax and freight.

Order Processing

Orders for items in stock at any of our distribution centers ship the next business day. You receive tracking once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. If an item isn’t in stock, we confirm your ship date after you order.

Orders may ship from:

  • Our warehouse in Spanish Fork, Utah
  • Partner fulfillment warehouses across our national network

Because of this, orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

Shipping Methods

Orders outside our delivery area may ship via:

  • Parcel carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS
  • Freight (LTL) carriers: SAIA, XPO Logistics, Estes, Central Transport, or another regional carrier depending on availability and cost

Shipping method is determined by order size, weight, and destination.

Local Pickup

Local pickup at our Spanish Fork, Utah warehouse is always free. Choose Local Pickup at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready. Please wait for that email before heading over.

Non-Shipping Regions

At this time, BOXT Packaging does not ship to:

  • Canada
  • Mexico
  • Alaska
  • Hawaii

Freight Deliveries

Freight shipments are typically delivered via LTL carriers. Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a commercial delivery location
  • Having appropriate equipment or personnel to unload freight shipments

Additional freight charges may apply for:

  • Liftgate service
  • Residential delivery
  • Limited access locations
  • Appointment delivery requests
  • Redelivery attempts

These charges are billed by the freight carrier and may be passed through to the customer if applicable.

Delivery Inspection

All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery. If a shipment arrives damaged or short, customers must:

  • Note the issue on the delivery receipt
  • Take photos of the damage
  • Notify BOXT Packaging within 24 hours

Failure to report damages within this timeframe may prevent freight claims from being filed.
