Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through BOXT Packaging LLC ("BOXT," "we," or "us") via boxtpackaging.com or through a direct order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you have questions about a return or refund, please contact our team before initiating a return.
Stock packaging items may be eligible for return within 60 days of the original purchase date, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in fully resalable condition. All approved returns are subject to:
- A 25% restocking fee applied to the original item cost
- Return freight costs to ship the product back to the manufacturer or our designated facility β these costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a BOXT error (see below)
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of BOXT receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds are applied to the original payment method or issued as account credit at BOXT's discretion.
All custom packaging orders are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for custom-printed, custom-cut, or made-to-order packaging under any circumstances. This includes orders produced with customer-supplied specifications, artwork, or dimensions.
Important: Before placing a custom order, please verify all specifications, quantities, and artwork proofs carefully. BOXT strongly recommends requesting a sample run before committing to a large custom order.
If a return is the direct result of an error made by BOXT β such as shipping the wrong item, incorrect quantity, or a product that does not match the confirmed order β BOXT will cover the full cost of the return freight and arrange pickup or return shipping at no expense to the customer.
To qualify, the error must be clearly attributable to BOXT based on the original confirmed order documentation (quote, invoice, or draft order). Customers are responsible for verifying all order specifications β including product type, size, and quantity β prior to placing an order. If a customer receives the exact product ordered but later determines they needed a different specification, the return and associated freight costs are the customer's responsibility.
Example: If your confirmed order shows 10×8×6 boxes and you receive 10×8×6 boxes, but you intended to order 10×8×8 β that is not a BOXT error. Return freight in that case is at the customer's expense.
All claims for shortages or damaged product must be:
- Noted and signed for at the time of delivery
- Supported with clear photographs of the damage or shortage
- Reported to BOXT within 24 hours of receipt by emailing hello@boxtpackaging.com
Claims submitted after 24 hours or without supporting documentation may not be accepted. Customers who arrange their own freight carrier assume responsibility for any damage or shortage claims with that carrier.
To begin a return, contact our Customer Service team at hello@boxtpackaging.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without first receiving written return authorization from BOXT. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.
