These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of boxtpackaging.com and any purchase made from BOXT Packaging LLC ("BOXT," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.
1. Products and Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, product descriptions, and availability. Pricing, promotions, and product information on this site are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing or listing error — including errors caused by data import, syncing, or system issues — we reserve the right to cancel or correct any order affected by the error prior to fulfillment. If a payment has already been processed for an order affected by such an error, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the affected item(s) unless you agree to purchase at the corrected price.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by BOXT. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory unavailability.
Payment terms are set on a per-account basis. Standard orders are payable at time of purchase via the payment methods available at checkout. Approved business accounts may be extended alternative payment terms at BOXT's discretion; any such terms will be communicated directly and in writing. Invoices not paid according to agreed terms may result in suspension of future orders or account privileges until the balance is resolved.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery, including risk of loss during transit, are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Product Warranty Disclaimer
Products sold by BOXT are provided "as is." Except as expressly stated in writing, BOXT makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, regarding any product sold. Any manufacturer warranties on specific products, where applicable, pass through to the buyer as provided by the manufacturer.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOXT's total liability arising out of or related to any order, product, or use of this site — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. BOXT is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost business, or downstream costs arising from delayed, damaged, or defective product, even if BOXT has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and product photography — is the property of BOXT Packaging LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
8. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, an order, or use of this site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the site or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
