How do I know if my order qualifies for free freight?
Find your state on the map to see your zone’s order minimum ($1,000 / $2,300 / $3,600). At checkout we run a live freight quote against your exact address and cart — if you qualify, every shipping option displays free. The checkout quote is always the final word.
My state shows two zones. Which one am I?
California, Texas, and Florida span multiple freight zones because carrier lanes — not straight-line distance — set the boundaries. The map shows the approximate split; your exact rate is confirmed instantly at checkout when you enter your ZIP code. No commitment required to check — you can see your freight before entering payment.
What counts toward the minimum?
Your merchandise subtotal — the product total before shipping and tax. Add another case or bundle to cross the line; checkout recalculates your freight instantly.
Can I pick my order up instead?
Yes — will-call pickup is free at all six locations, with no order minimum. Select pickup at checkout and we’ll send dock details and pickup hours with your order confirmation.
How fast will my order ship?
Stocked items ship the next business day from the closest warehouse with inventory. Typical transit is 1–2 business days in Zone 1, 2–3 in Zone 2, and 3–5 in Zone 3. Wasatch Front orders deliver on our own truck, usually same week.
