About BOXT Packaging
We are a packaging distributor and solutions provider. We have a network of over 40 different manufacturers of both stock and custom packaging to bring you the solution you are looking for for your business. Whether it's better pricing on stock items, or a completely custom packaging solution, we can source it and solve it. Think of us as your packaging department. We handle the sourcing, logistics, and account management so you can focus on running your operation.
BOXT was founded in 2024 and is headquartered in Spanish Fork, Utah. We were built specifically to serve the packaging needs of 3PLs, warehouses, e-commerce brands, and anyone else who needs consumable warehouse supplies.
Our customers are businesses that consume packaging materials regularly as part of their operations. That includes 3PLs, fulfillment centers, e-commerce brands, manufacturers, and warehouses of all sizes. If your team is going through boxes, mailers, tape, poly bags, stretch wrap, or any other consumable packaging material on a regular basis, BOXT is built for you.
Our website currently lists over 1,600 SKUs across corrugated boxes, mailers, stretch wrap, tape, bags, cushioning, and more. But that's just a fraction of what we can source. Through our supplier network we have access to over 40,000 products. If you need something you don't see on our site, reach out — there's a good chance we can get it.
Call or email us directly. Our team will find out whether we can source it, get you pricing, and add it to your account. We're not limited to what's on the site — the website is a starting point, not the ceiling of what we can do.
Pricing & Orders
Per-unit costs decrease as your order quantity increases. Our main pricing tiers are bundle, pallet, multi-pallet, and truckload. The more volume you move, the better your unit economics get. If you're ordering consistently at higher volumes, contact us to discuss account-level pricing.
Yes. Volume is the single biggest driver of unit price in packaging. Buying a pallet is more efficient than buying a case. Buying multiple pallets is more efficient than buying a single pallet. If you're not sure what tier makes sense for your operation, your account rep can help you model out the cost difference and find the right balance between space, purchasing, and unit cost.
No. The minimum is the lowest sellable unit, usually a bundle or case. Each individual product has unique amounts for units per case or bundle. Check the individual product page for minimums, or contact us if you need help figuring out the right starting quantity for your volume.
Yes. One of the core advantages of buying through BOXT is that we pool orders across our customer base to reach freight minimums that individual businesses often can't hit on their own. If you're ordering multiple product types, we can often combine them into a single shipment to optimize your freight cost. Talk to your account rep about how to structure your order for the best freight outcome.
Yes. Samples are free — you only pay for the shipping cost to get them to you. If you're evaluating a new product type or want to confirm sizing before placing a larger order, reach out and we'll arrange it.
Shipping & Delivery
Freight is calculated based on three factors: the weight of your order, the dimensions of the shipment, and the distance from our nearest warehouse to your location. We have warehouse partners in Salt Lake City, Woods Cross, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Atlanta — so your order typically ships from whichever location is closest to you.
Yes. While our primary focus is serving businesses across Utah and the Wasatch Front, we ship to all 48 contiguous states. National customers benefit from our distributed warehouse network, which keeps freight costs competitive regardless of your location.
We use standard LTL carriers for freight shipments and major parcel carriers for smaller orders. Carrier selection is based on your location, shipment size, and the most cost-effective option available at the time of your order.
Delivery times vary based on your location and the size of your order. Utah customers typically see faster turnaround given our local warehouse presence. For specific lead time estimates on your order, contact us or ask your account rep — we'll give you an honest timeline based on current inventory and carrier schedules.
Yes. We offer local delivery across the Wasatch Front including Salt Lake County, Utah County, Davis County, and Summit County. Local delivery is a core part of what makes BOXT different from national distributors — faster turnaround, no cross-country freight, and a supplier that's actually nearby. Visit our Local Freight page for more details.
Yes, pickup is available at our Spanish Fork, Utah location. Because we source inventory through our supplier network rather than warehousing everything on-site, most orders require approximately 3–4 days lead time before they're ready for pickup. Contact us in advance to arrange a pickup order so we can have everything staged and ready for you.
Accounts & Terms
You can start the process online through our account setup form, or call us at (385) 327-3166 or email hello@boxtpackaging.com. One of our account executives will follow up to learn about your operation, confirm your details, and get your account configured.
Yes. Net-30 payment terms are available for qualifying businesses. Terms are evaluated during the account setup process. If you're an established business with regular purchasing volume, there's a good chance you'll qualify. Ask your account rep during onboarding.
Every BOXT account comes with a dedicated account rep. Your rep isn't just a point of contact for orders — they act as a packaging consultant for your operation. That means helping you identify the right products for your use case, optimizing quantities to lower your unit cost, and flagging opportunities to simplify or improve your packaging process over time.
Yes. If your operation has predictable packaging consumption, we can set up recurring orders so you're never caught short, and optimize your orders for the absolute best possible pricing. Talk to your account rep about your typical usage and we'll figure out a cadence that keeps you stocked without tying up excess cash in inventory.
Custom Packaging
Yes. Custom packaging is one of the things that sets BOXT apart from standard distributors. We work with suppliers who can handle a wide range of custom projects — from short-run custom printed boxes with low minimums all the way up to large-format production runs of 50,000+ units. Whether you need a custom size, custom print, or a completely custom packaging solution, we can source it. Visit our Custom Packaging page to learn more or get in touch.
It depends entirely on the product and supplier. Some custom projects can start at a single unit, while others require higher minimums to make production economically viable. As a general rule, the higher the quantity, the lower your per-unit cost. We'll always show you the options at different quantity tiers so you can make an informed decision.
Custom packaging lead times vary by project. Most custom orders fall somewhere between 2 and 6 weeks from proof approval to delivery, depending on the complexity of the project, the supplier, and current production schedules. Rush timelines are sometimes possible — ask us and we'll find out what's achievable. We'll always give you a realistic timeline upfront rather than overpromise and underdeliver.
